OUR LOCATION

Our office is conveniently located off the 101 Freeway and only minutes away from many communities in and around the San Fernando Valley, including: Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Bell Canyon, Agoura, Agoura Hills, Malibu, Tarzana, Reseda, Topanga, Chatsworth, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, West Hills, Oak Park, Northridge, Porter Ranch, Santa Clarita, Woodland Hills, Simi Valley and Canoga Park.

Appointments

We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. We will do our best to re-schedule you promptly. There may be a missed appointment fee unless you call during office hours to cancel at least 24 hrs before your scheduled visit. 

Insurance and Billing

Insurance companies we accept: 

• We accept most PPOs, including covered California PPOs
• We do not accept any Medi-Cal.
• We do not accept any HMO plans, unless they are offered through Regal or Lakeside Medical groups.
• Please remember to name Dr. Weidman as your primary care physician

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own pediatrician. Cash paying patients must pay on date of service.
